CPC Strategy Acquired by Elite SEM to Form Performance Marketing Powerhouse

As of August 31, 2018, CPC Strategy has been acquired by Elite SEM, an award-winning digital marketing agency founded on search and focused on holistic performance-driven digital marketing.

For CPC Strategy, we recognized that our success was driven primarily through our Amazon, search, shopping, and paid social practices but that the wider digital marketing and ecommerce landscape required much more to be successful.

We’ve always strived to provide the best possible experience for our followers and clients, and we’re excited that we found an ideal, complementary partner in Elite SEM.

 

 

Elite SEM is well known for their shopping and search practices but with their acquisition of OrionCKB last year and Email Aptitude earlier this year, they provided the foundation for the performance marketing agency of the future.

The combined organization will no doubt be a market leader in managed advertising on Facebook, Google, and Amazon, but it will also be able to provide a richer suite of services that we’ve recognized that brands and growth-focused businesses have always needed to be proficient at – email marketing, CRO, SEO, Analytics, and overall integrated media planning.

The alignment of CPC’s and Elite’s vision was also greatly complemented by an alignment in culture. We chose Elite SEM because of their strong, award-winning reputation for company culture and investing in their people.

All 4 CPC Strategy co-founders will remain with the combined company. Rick Backus, CPC Strategy’s CEO, will stay on to focus on growing the Amazon practice while Nii A. Ahene, COO, will oversee integration and transition towards agency innovation.
