Can Users Find What They’re Looking For On Google Shopping?

With more PLAs, and more visible PLAs, shoppers are more likely to quickly find results, but the amount of choices is narrowed on the revised shopping engine.

For many searches, as in the DVD search below, top PLA choices are limited to merchants who are bidding a certain amount and deemed more relevant by Google:

 

And even on comparison pages themselves, users are only seeing a fraction of all of the available sellers:

Shoppers who are browsing are limited on the number of merchants they see on the comparison page (10 in the above example) and also in the search category for merchants:

So search is more fluid, easy to do and faster, but options are also limited for online shoppers on Google Shopping.
