What do you do and why?

We are a Full Service Data Feed Management Solution.

Our company was founded by former employees of comparison shopping engines (CSEs). We saw firsthand how merchants were struggling to control their spend and achieve their target ROI.  It was frustrating seeing Merchants making the same mistakes over and over again without even realizing what they were doing wrong.  The lack of uniformity between CSEs makes managing multiple campaigns in-house very difficult and ineffective for most Merchants.  

What are your fees?

We charge our clients a monthly fee which is determined by the # of products in their data feed and their total monthly spend on the CSEs.  We usually come up an introductory monthly rate for the first 2 months and re-evaluate after that.  The goal is to come up with a long term monthly rate that makes sense for both of us. 

Are there any set-up fees?

We determine set-up fees on a case by case basis.  We charge most new accounts a set-up fee due to the heavy workload involved with the initial optimization process.

How long are your contracts?

Our contracts are month to month.  If you are not happy with the level of service we are providing, you are free to move on at any time.

What do you need from us merchant to get started?

Your data feed, that’s it!  And if you don’t have a data feed we might be able to generate one for you.

How do you update inventory on the CSEs?

We give each client an FTP for updates on their end.  Most Merchants set-up an automated delivery to the FTP and our system sends out the updated information on a daily basis.

What sort of updates can we expect to receive?

We send each client a Weekly Report every Monday which tracks clicks and sales at the product level for each campaign.

Which CSEs are you able to submit to?

Any CSE or Marketplace that supports data feeds.
