Sales Enablement Manager

We’re looking for a talented, driven Sales Enablement Manager to build and run a strategic sales training and development program

 

The Sales Enablement Manager is a highly motivated self-starter who will drive sales excellence by developing and advancing the knowledge, skills and behaviors of Sales Development Representatives. The Manager will be responsible for selecting, training and providing on-going development for sales talent at our organization, ensuring that they understand our services, processes, and methodology.


Duties Include

  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to assess training needs and create, direct, deliver, and continuously improve the Sales Training Program
  • Establish strategy, plan, budget, methods, and systems required to achieve company training objectives
  • Implement a metric capability to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor the learning and development impact to the business
  • Inspect sales activity and effort among sales associates managed, holding them accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create written content to educate Sales team and advance deals, such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, and product collateral
  • Deliver and support the entire onboarding curriculum for the Sales Development Representatives, supporting new hires through their first 90 days on the job
  • Motivate, inspire and engage the frontline agents, while developing their service-based sales abilities
  • Uncover the individual strengths and opportunities for improvement of our existing Sales talent
  • Provide input to other relevant teams about the sales training materials, tools, and infrastructure needed in order to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster and strengthen relationships with matrix and business partners to support training initiatives
  • Monitor the sales process effectiveness and sales opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional B2B Sales or Sales Support experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Sales Training, Coaching, Enablement or Management capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • Superb verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong written communication skills and content creation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs with actionable course objectives and the ability to evaluate learning activities for effectiveness
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills with the proven ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • A passion for continuous learning and development, initiative and resourcefulness to learn new technologies, products, and industries quickly and effectively on your own
  • Relevant coaching experience working with both new and tenured sales reps to increase sales techniques and success
  • Skill in giving actionable feedback in a constructive, effective way
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and the initiative to solve data reporting issues with little direction
  • Former people management experience preferred
