Shopping.com Rebranded as eBay Commerce Network

This March, Ebay announced the merger of Shopping.com and eBay which was slated to launch April 1st.

And since nothing is official until it’s Facebook official, Shopping.com updated its Facebook account to reflect the branding change later that week:

What Does the Shopping.com and eBay Merger Mean for Ecommerce Merchants?

The Shopping.com and eBay merger, which was officially announced today, boils down to two things for ecommerce merchants.

1. Shopping.com has been re-branded as eBay Commerce Network.

2. Shopping.com services and campaign management will stay the same.

The rebrand comes as Shopping.com, Inc. merges into its parent company eBay Inc. effective today. You will notice a new website and branding; however, your campaign and contacts within the company will remain the same. Any agreement you may have with Shopping.com, Inc. has been assigned to eBay Inc. Please login to the Merchant Center to review any applicable updated eBay Commerce Network terms and conditions and review our updated User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
