Consumer reviews continue to increase their importance on comparison shopping engines. Google Product Search now includes merchantĀ ratings for merchants with at least four out of five stars and 30 or more reviews. Google also recently announced a partnership with Bizrate Insights to enhance Google Product Search merchant reviews.

CPC Strategy has encouraged merchants to install CSE surveys since 2008.
