Below you’ll find both sample data feeds and links to data feed specifications for the major shopping engines (As of 10/3/2009). It’s highly recommended that you read over the latest specification at the engine resource site before deploying the feeds for your campaigns.
Update 5/17/2013 for Google Shopping’s updated shopping feed specifications.
Update 5/16/2013 for PriceGrabber’s new data feed specs. PG has updated their feed specs and taxonomy for Apparel. They’ll now be accepting Color, Size, Gender, and Age columns.
Update 2/14/2011 with TheFind’s data feed specifications.
Update 1/25/2011- It’s amazing to go through and update this over a year after it was first created. So much has changed. Besides updates to data feed specifications, Yahoo Shopping is now dead, Smarter is converting to an invitation-only shopping engine, and Amazon Product Ads has secured it’s spot as one of the top 3 CSEs for the past two quarters.
